When we founded Studio A we created a space with one goal: to offer a high-quality, private, and safe environment for both your mind and body to thrive.
While our space is open to everyone, we specialize in weight training, working with women—particularly during and post-pregnancy, menopause, and focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Weight Training
Our signature strength focused small-group training class designed for women who want to feel strong, lean, and confident - in and out of the gym
LEAN
Learn proper weightlifting techniques while building strength, muscle tone, and confidence in the gym. This female-focused class emphasizes posterior chain strength and core stability, helping you progress in compound lifts like Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, and Pull-Ups each week while adding complimentary accessory exercises.
You’ll build strength through:

⭐️ Conditioning to boost fitness + energy
⭐️ Technique coaching + guidance
⭐️ A supportive, like-minded crew
While also:
💫 Prioritising recovery
💫 Working with your body (injuries, hormones, and all)

These classes run 3 x per week. Tuesdays 6am, Thursdays 6am + Thursdays 5.30pm. We have shifted these classes to a block style - get in touch with us to find out when the next block starts!

Ladies Bootcamps
Looking for a fun and social way to boost your fitness, build muscle, and meet new people?
Our Ladies Bootcamp runs in 10-12 week blocks, but we also offer a few casual spots to book via our Mindbody app if you're unable to commit to the full block.
All you need is a positive attitude and a readiness to enjoy your training! This is the perfect place to start if you're unsure where to kick off your fitness journey.

Personal Training
Personal training is a tailored fitness experience designed to help you achieve your unique health and fitness goals. With one-on-one sessions, our qualified trainers will create a customized workout plan based on your needs, abilities, and preferences.

Concession packs
We offer casual rates and concession packs for all of our classes. These concessions are stored on your Mindbody account and can be used whenever you're ready to book, though each pack has its own expiry date.
1 Concession: $20 – 1-month expiry
5 Concessions: $90 – 3-month expiry
10 Concessions: $180 – 6-month expiry
