Align is our stunning sister studio, an extension of our original Studio A. It’s home to our Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.

Our Pilates classes focus on connecting your mind and body while enhancing diaphragmatic breathing to engage your deep abdominal muscles, helping you lengthen and strengthen your entire body.

We also offer Vinyasa Yoga classes, including dynamic, strength-based flows and slower, meditative sessions to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a unique machine to challenge your strength, flexibility, and posture. With its adjustable resistance, the reformer helps you sculpt lean muscle, improve core strength, and enhance flexibility, all while maintaining perfect alignment.

 

This dynamic practice focuses on controlled, fluid movements that engage both your deep stabilizing muscles and larger muscle groups, giving you a toned, balanced body.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that uses your own body weight, along with bands and balls, to ignite strength, flexibility, and endurance.

 

With a focus on controlled, precise movements, this practice will sculpt and tone your muscles, enhance your posture, and unlock greater flexibility. The added challenge of bands and balls intensifies the workout, targeting both large muscle groups and deep stabilizing muscles for a balanced, lean physique.

Concession packs

We have different pricing options for our Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes, including casual rates and concession packs.

 

These concession packs are stored on your Mindbody account and can be used at your convenience, though each pack has its own expiry date.

Mat Pilates Concessions:

1 Concession: $20 – 1-month expiry

5 Concessions: $90 – 3-month expiry

10 Concessions: $180 – 6-month expiry

Reformer Pilates Concessions:

1 Concession: $35 – 1-month expiry

5 Concessions: $150 – 3-month expiry

10 Concessions: $290 – 6-month expiry​

Memberships

We also offer class memberships, providing you with great value and flexibility for regular attendance.

 

With a membership, you can enjoy your choice of classes per week, helping you stay consistent and reach your fitness goals faster.​
